About the event

Stuart Swann will present an exploration of Yorkshire's geological landscape, covering the formation of its rocks and the fossil evidence that tells the story of its ancient marine past.

After the talk, you'll have the chance to view a selection of local fossils up close. Stuart will provide insights into their origins and significance. Have a fossil you’re curious about? Bring it along! Stuart will assist in identifying and discussing your personal finds, offering expert advice and fostering a shared enthusiasm for geology.
