About the event

Join Sound of Serenity with Debs along side us at Potteric Carr in the woods for a deeply soothing and restorativive morning connecting with nature.

Debs is a sound practitioner who will demonstrate her practice as we relax with a campfire and be soothed by the beautiful sound of a sound bath.

Sound baths are described as vibrations of soothing, echoing sound from crystal singing bowls and may help with stress, fatigue, and depression symptoms. As your mind relaxes it starts to release the healing and happy hormones serotonin, dopamine and oxytocin.

We will provide campsire snacks and refreshments

As this is an outdoor event, we are relying on the weather being on our side. If the weather isnt looking favourable, we may have move the event to the Education Centre.
