About the event

Join us for Wild Winter Weekends at Potteric Carr from 23rd November - 15th December. 

Create festive crafts on "Crafturday Saturdays" or spend some time soaking up the magic of the season during "Slow-down Sundays". All set to a background of natural and homemade decorations, and the opportunity to make a wish for wildlife on our Christmas tree.

Enjoy our Wildlife in Winter Trail

Collect a map from our visitor centre and help Olly the short-eared owl reunite with his friends this winter. Follow 10 enchanting storyboards around our reserve and discover exciting wildlife along the way.

  Get that festive feeling and make your own natural willow wreath decorated with a whole range of seasonal greenery and adornments - booking required.

  Add some authentic festive cheer to your tree this year with your own homemade natural tree decorations. Make sure to bring your wish list, as Santa will also be paying us a visit too.

  Enjoy family friendly interactive storytelling with Mud Pie Arts and live music from the Doncaster Ladies Choir
